SEDAR+ Hours

SEDAR+ filings can now be completed at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. This is a change from the legacy SEDAR system, which had limited hours and was closed on holidays.

However, filing deadlines remain unchanged: If a deadline falls on a weekend or a statutory holiday in the relevant jurisdiction, it automatically extends to the next business day.

Note: SEDAR+ support via the CSA Service Desk is available Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Support is not available on weekends or holidays.

What is SEDAR+?

SEDAR+ (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval) is Canada's official platform for electronic filing of disclosure documents by public companies. All regulatory filings must be submitted through this system.

Document Preparation

All SEDAR+ documents must be in Adobe PDF format. We'll convert your documents to the required format at no additional charge—our fees only apply to the actual filing process.

Filing Fees

Filing fees vary depending on the type of document and filing. To calculate your specific fees, please consult the Filing Fee Guide on the Canadian Securities Administrators website.

Payment Requirements

Action Required: SEDAR+ now requires all filing fees to be paid directly from your company's bank account. Please ensure your banking information is set up in your SEDAR+ account before initiating any filings.
