SEDAR+ Hours

SEDAR filings can be done between the hours of:

Eastern Standard Time

• 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Pacific Standard Time

• 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM

SEDAR is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Canadian statutory holidays. If your company's filing deadline falls on these days, the filing date is the next business day.

SEDAR+ Filing

SEDAR is an acronym for the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval, used for the electronic filing of disclosure documents by public companies in Canada.

SEDAR documents must be submitted in Adobe's PDF format. We can generate this format for you at no charge. Our fees apply only to the filing of the document.

Filing Fees

Please note that SEDAR+ now requires all fees to be paid directly from your company's bank account. You need to set up your account information on SEDAR+ before making any filings.
